One of my favorite parts about going to school on the west side of Michigan is the amount of beautiful cities surrounding my university - Grand Rapids, Holland, Rivertown, and of course, Grand Haven. A thirty minute drive puts you right on the beach, listening to the waves. One of Grand Haven's infamous attractions (aside from Pronto Pups of course) is The PumpHouse, aka frozen yogurt heaven. The interior is so welcoming, whether you sit by the colored fireplace or the swings facing the great lake.
