Watermelon & Feta

I definitely have a love/hate relationship with salads. They used to sound so unappetizing, unfulfilling and too high maintenance to wash and chop up all the different produce involved.


In the past few years, I've grown to love my farm fresh meals and the many different ways you can prepare a salad (especially as a vegetarian). Fruit is always a must-have in a salad for me, whether its strawberries, mandarins, watermelon, etc. After visiting the Fed in Clarkston for the first time in August, I decided to recreate their Watermelon Cucumber and Goat Cheese salad. This was by far the best salad I've had yet!
