Being back at school isn't all bad, as it means the beginning of countless trips to the beach! Boy, I missed Grand Haven. It's almost euphoric how quiet it gets around 7:50, when hundreds of people gather on the beach to watch the most vibrant sunset slip below the horizon.
Our routine trips to the coast of Lake Michigan mostly include smoothie bowl pit stops, speakers blaring during colorful sunsets, followed by sushi dinner. Thank you to Leah, Nicole and Mariah for always being down for these impulsive trips and bringing good music and good attitudes to the table, always.
